Ray combines sharp strategic thinking with operational mastery to ensure our events run smoothly, on schedule and on budget. HIRE SERVICES MANAGER
Rachel ensures that your equipment is flawless, delivered on time, and ready to perform. She oversees stock logistics, quality control, order processing, and rigorous cleaning standards. With Rachel at the helm, you can trust that every cable, pad, and headphone arrives and performs exactly as promised.

EVENT & TOUR MANAGER
George orchestrates our live productions on site, leading event teams of up to 50 people with poise, precision, and a smile. With a decade of hospitality experience, he is relentless about guest experience and safety. On the ground, he turns plans into seamless performance — ensuring everything runs exactly as it should.
RICH
MARKETING MANAGER
Rich blends creativity and strategy to tell the Boom story. With over 10 years in digital marketing and agency experience across hospitality, lifestyle, and events, he leads branding, campaigns, content and audience growth. He ensures our content, socials, and visuals all match the energy of the events we produce.
LOKI
Security
Loki is always on hand to greet the courier with a wagging tail. He might not be the best security dog — more of an office couch potato, really — but he’s a vital part of the Boom pack
